-What is the best way to get in touch with you?

To protect all parties, we only accept orders in writing and not over the phone.

-Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do! In order to preserve the artistic integrity of our creations, we personally hand deliver all our gifts in and around the City of Greater Sudbury. If you’re looking for delivery to a location not listed on our site, just give us a shout; we might be able to make it happen.

Delivery fees are as follows:

Sudbury $20

Long Lake, Garson, Val Caron, Copper Cliff, Azilda, Coniston $25

Lively, Falconbridge, Hanmer, Chelmsford  $30

Naughton, Dowling, Wahnapitae, Capreol $35

-Can I pick up my gift basket?

Absolutely! Curbside pick ups are free!

Choose pick up at the check out. We will contact you to setup a pick up time.

-When will my gift basket be delivered?

All gifts are handmade to order.

With normal processing time, your gift is ready within 2-3 business days (Custom baskets: average 7 days) from time of order placed. Rush services may be available for an additional fee, please contact us to discuss this option. You can also shop ahead and request a future delivery date simply include this information in the ‘recipient name, address & phone’ box.

-Why do you ask for the recipient phone number.

​We call ahead and arrange a delivery date and time that works with the recipient. We do not leave our baskets outside.

-What are your hours of operation?

 

We are not open to the public and we do not have set studio hours.

All baskets are delivered between 10am-8pm (Monday - Friday)

If your gift MUST be delivered on the same day or a holiday/weekend, please send us a request by email... Additional fees may apply

-Can I visit the gift studio?

We are not open to the public.

-Can I order a custom gift basket?

​Absolutely, this is our specialty. Our custom gift baskets start at $200.

Please note: additional time may be needed because custom orders require special attention.

-How do I order multiple baskets to be delivered at multiple locations?

Give us a call. Please avoid ordering on the website.

-What are your privacy policies?

We prioritize your privacy above all else. Be assured that we do not sell or share your contact information with third parties, and we maintain full PCI Compliance. While we may engage external companies to assist with tasks like order delivery, email distribution, and credit card processing, they only have access to the personal information necessary to fulfill their specific responsibilities.
